THE DETAILS
What to Expect
Somatic movements are slow, gentle movements done with eyes closed on a mat. The practice is very relaxing.
What You'll Need
An exercise or yoga mat. The movements can be done at home or at work, if you have the privacy to do so.
Time Commitment for Learning
Around four-to-six weeks, depending on your schedule.
