What is Somatic Movement?

Ā The unique system of exercises we teach in our course are types of Somatic Movements. This method of movement corrects harmful habitual postures by retraining muscles to let go of tensionĀ using slow, focused, controlled movements.

Muscles learn to relax more fully, the spine realigns, posture is improved and wellbeing increases.

These slow, gentle exercises create long-lasting change and allow students to become self-sufficient and self-healing for the rest of their lives.
