The exercises in our course are called Somatic Movements. This method of movement corrects harmful habitual postures by using the nervous system to retrain muscles to let go of tension.

These unique, slow, controlled movements allow muscles to relax beyond their normal level of tension long-term. 

Because the muscles learn to relax more fully, the spine can realign, posture is improved and wellbeing increases.

These gentle exercises 'undo' the negative postures you hold each day, and will allow you to become self-sufficient for the rest of your life. You won't need to rely on temporary treatments and fixes anymore.
